Fitness Kickboxing

Long gone are the days of wasting time and money at the gym as you now have access to something far greater! Push the clunky, boring machines aside and replace them with an intense workout that targets the entire body.

Not only will you be burning calories with an incredible exercise regimen, you’ll also mix in elements of cardio, muscle toning, conditioning, endurance training and so much more.

All our programs are for ages 15 and up.

FITNESS KICKBOXING

Muay Thai / San Da

Muay Thai is so much more than your average workout routine. It’s an ancient eastern art form with beliefs and methods passed down from generation to generation. After thousands of years of history, what you’ll discover is a beautiful Martial Art system designed to stimulate the mind and foster a powerful connection to the body.

All our programs are for ages 15 and up.

MUAY THAI / SAN DA

Kung Fu

Classes are taught in the traditional manner; teaching “body method”, application of “waist power”, and traditonal conditioning methods. In addition to teaching excellent self-defense, learning these methods also increases body awareness and has a surprising Yogic like effect in stretching and strengthening.



These classes are traditional but they are linked to our San Da program as well. We encourage students to take classes in both programs. This is how Sifu David Ross intended the institute to function.

  • Can martial arts cause injury?

    Because we place such a huge focus on safety and injury prevention, we're proud to say that injuries are very few and far between with our program. In fact, because martial arts gets you in great shape, and makes you strong and flexible, people often see LESS injuries in their lives.


  • Do you have to be in good shape to take martial arts?

    Not at all! In fact, many people use martial arts as a way to get in good shape. They come to us out of shape, and quickly become athletic and limber.


  • Is martial arts violent?

    No! Because self-defense technique is taught in martial arts, it's often thought of as violent. However, the philosophies behind martial arts revolve around peace and harmony. The moves are more of a way to become connected with your body. We teach diplomacy and friendship. However, if a violent situation ever arises in your life, you'll have powerful tools to defend yourself and your loved ones.
